We have arranged a website for you to reserve and prepay for
accommodation during the workshop at UBC.  The formal meetings during
workshop will be on Wednesday August 10 through Saturday August 13.

We have reserved a block of rooms on campus.  Of course, you are free
to arrange accommodation elsewhere but the hotels in downtown
Vancouver are both a bit far from campus and a bit more expensive.

Accommodation.  We will be using the reservations database to
determine who will be attending and on which days to make up the 
detailed program, so if you are planning to attend please book a room
with UBC - Conferences and Accommodation soon.  If you will be finding 
accommodation elsewhere, please email me your itinerary.

The final bit of business is to give the details of any contribution
that you would like to make.  You can fill out the form at

to give your abstract and title.  There is not time for every
participant to give a full forty-minute contribution, so we cannot
guarantee that your talk will be alloted the time that you have asked
for.
