For those abstracts that are selected, the following Registration Terms and Attendance Policies apply:
1. The Molecular Origins (MO) conference fee of $500 CAD (Canadian dollars) plus 5% tax will be charged regardless of the length of time that a Conferee attends the Conference. The conference fee cannot be prorated under any circumstances. Please register by March 30 to benefit from this rate. Registration fees after March 30 are $600 CAD plus 5% tax.

2. The conference fee includes lunch meals and registration fee.

3. Only registered conferees may attend meetings. Guests cannot attend science sessions or lunches.

4. If you cancel your registration at least 21 days prior to meeting date, you will receive all amounts paid to MO conference minus a $150 handling fee. Refunds are not available for cancellations received less than 21 days prior to the meeting date, or cancellations received during the meeting.

5. MO does not provide childcare services. If you are accompanied by young children, it is expected that they will not be disruptive to the Conference and must be supervised at all times.

Restrictions and Disclaimer:
1. To encourage open communication, each member of the Molecular Origins conference agrees that any information presented at the conference, whether in a formal talk or discussion, is a private communication from the individual making the contribution and is presented with the restriction that such information is not for public use. Prior to quoting or publishing any such information presented at the conference in any publication, written or electronic, written approval of the contributing member must first be obtained. These restrictions apply to each member of the conference and are intended to cover social networks, blogs, tweets or any other publication, distribution, communication or sharing of information presented or discussed at the conference. Guests are not permitted to attend the conference lectures and discussion sessions. Each member of the conference acknowledges and agrees to these restrictions when registration is accepted and as a condition of being permitted to attend the conference.

2. The Molecular Origins conference will not assume responsibility for medical expenses of conferees and their guests at the Conference. All conferees are urged to ensure that they and their guests are covered by their own travel and health insurance policies while traveling to and from and while attending the conference.

3. The Molecular Origins Conference is not responsible for private possessions lost or stolen while at the conference.
