We have been notified that you will be contributing to the above-mentioned CRC publication, and in this connection we enclose herewith the Elsevier instructions for the preparation of a 2-column format CRC paper. We ask that you study the enclosed materials before beginning the final preparation of your paper, and also that you proofread your paper carefully before submitting (as it will appear in the published volume in exactly the same form). You will receive no proofs.
For authors using LaTeX, you can prepare your article using Elsevier's CRC LaTeX package, which can also be found at http://www.elsevier.nl/locate/latex . Please use the 2-column CRC format.
Please note that if you have given two separate talks, you are required to write two separate contributions.
Your original, final, camera ready copy, which should not exceed the specified pages in length (below) should be posted to arrive not later than 30 August 2002 to the Guest Editor at the address below:
