Marco's wonderful cappuccino maker requires a little maintenance. Jeff
and Mark had in going in no time.

Matt and Marie (look closely! — I'm starting to get the feeling
that Marie doesn't like to be photographed) during a helium fill. We
were very excited to learn that we could fill the helium tank through
the back flap without having to remove the whole back panel —
reinstalling the back panel takes about an hour. Hooray for flexible
fill lines!

Matt fills the nitrogen blow-off container. The container is a gas can
wrapped in foam and white tape (both ballooning staples) for
insulation, and blows dry nitrogen gas across the cryostat window to
prevent water vapour from condensing before we launch.

Barth and Victor (the head NSBF rigger) tow a pie ball, a small
balloon which shows wind speeds a hundred or so feet above the
ground, across the launch pad. It's a little hard to see from this
picture, but the balloon is flying at a very shallow angle, indicating
strong winds.
