Funding for qualified individuals who would like to work with me is available through various sources. These include:

• MPI/UBC Center for Quantum Materials -- deadline Oct. 15 2012
  
• The UBC Killam Postdoctoral Fellowship program, deadline Nov. 7 2012
  
• Banting Postdoctoral Fellowship program, deadline now passed
  
• CIfAR Postdoctoral Innitiative, deadline now passed
• In addition, there may be funds from NSERC and CIfAR research grants available to support a Postdoctoral Fellow. Applications will be reviewed on an ongoing basis until the position is filled,  probably  in December-January.
  

Minimum qualifications for the above positions include PhD in condensed matter theory and experience with topological states of quantum matter. The Fellow will reside at UBC and will have opportunities to interact with researchers on-site as well as various international networks.

Note that Killam, Banting and CIfAR fellowships have firm deadlines imposed by the funding agencies and late applications cannot be considered.
