PHAS students receive Premier Undergrad & Wesbrook Scholarships
Congratulations to four PHAS students for receiving the prestigious Premier Undergraduate and Wesbrook Scholarships.
"The Premier Undergraduate Scholarships and Wesbrook Scholars are the University's most prestigious designations, given to senior students with outstanding academic performance, leadership, and involvement in student and community activities."
There are only 30-40 awards available at UBC, 4 of which are snagged by students within the Department of Physics & Astronomy:
Kelsey Allen ( Honours Physics ) has been awarded both a Wesbrook and a Premier Undergraduate Scholarship.
Alice Li-Wen Liang ( Honours BioPhysics ) has been awarded a Wesbrook Scholarship.
Jeremy Witmer (Engineering Physics) received the Harry Logan Memorial Scholarship and Harold B. and Nellie Boyes Memorial Scholarship.
Simon Ferguson (Engineering Physics) received the HSBC Emerging Leader Scholarship.
