An integrated photonics platform for NV centres in diamond

We present a GaP-on-diamond integrated photonics platform for quantum information processing with nitrogen-vacancy centers in diamond. We will show results from large-scale transmission measurements of passive photonic devices, as well as single-photon measurements. Results indicate on-chip total quantum efficiency values as high as 10%, which should enable photon-mediated spin-spin entanglement generation rates more than 3 orders of magnitude higher than what has been demonstrated with free-space optics.
