AbstractWe demonstrate quantum interference of injected photocurrents in a semiconductor using a phase stabilized modelocked Ti:sapphire laser. Using this technique we detect the laser offset frequency with a 40 dB signal to noise ratio in a 10 Hz resolution bandwidth.
